Import Duties and Taxes

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping cost. If a shipment is returned to us due to unpaid import duties or taxes, the initial shipping cost and any return shipping costs are non-refundable. Any additional costs may be deducted from a refund, if applicable.

Fragile and Vintage Items

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or parts are missing, please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us at info.pinointeriors@gmail.com within 3 days, including clear photos of the packaging and the issue. This helps us resolve the matter quickly and, where applicable, file a claim with the carrier.

If a parcel appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. If the parcel is confirmed lost and a replacement is not available, we will offer a full refund of the entire order, including shipping.
