We rent curated design furniture for productions, events and temporary interiors. You can rent individual pieces or full setups for shoots, pop ups and creative projects. Our showroom is also available to book for photoshoots, content production, presentations and other creative use.
Furniture rentals and showroom hire
In addition to renting out individual furniture pieces, lighting and objects, our showroom is also available as a location for shoots and events. The space works well for everything from brand campaigns and editorial productions to smaller dinners, presentations and creative gatherings.
When booking the showroom, all furniture and movable pieces in the space can also be used as part of the setup. You can shoot in the showroom itself, use the backdrop setup for a cleaner studio style look, or build a completely different arrangement depending on the needs of the project.
Common Helsinki has previously photographed a clothing collection here, using both the space and the furniture as part of the final result.
Rent our showroom
Our showroom is available to book for photoshoots, content production, presentations, dinners and other creative use. The space can be used as it is, or arranged around the needs of your project.
You can shoot in the showroom itself or use the backdrop setup for a cleaner studio style look. All furniture and movable pieces in the space are available to use as part of the rental.
This makes it easy to build different layouts, table settings and styled scenes depending on what you are creating.

Tell us the dates, location and the kind of setup you need. You can ask about individual furniture rentals, the showroom, or both.
02 - Quote and suggestions
We check availability, suggest pieces or layouts and send a clear estimate for rental, transport and any practical arrangements.
03 - Confirm and plan
Together we finalise the selection and practical details so everything runs smoothly on the day.
04 - Delivery or shoot day
You can pick up from our showroom or book delivery and return. For showroom bookings, we prepare the space for your use.
