Ludwig Mies van der Rohe MR10 Rattan Chair for Knoll

A Knoll-manufactured MR10 chair designed by Ludwig Mies van der Rohe, combining natural rattan with a polished chrome tubular frame.

The cantilevered base and continuous curved profile give this modernist classic a light, sculptural presence. The woven seat and back bring warmth and texture to the precise metal frame.

This example is estimated to date from the late 1990s to early 2000s and is reported to bear a Knoll stamp. Support elements are fitted beneath the seat.

The chair is otherwise in very good condition, with several broken rattan strands along the side. The damage is shown in the detail photographs. Sold individually.
