Artek Table 83 in Black Linoleum by Alvar Aalto

Vintage Table 83 designed by Alvar Aalto and manufactured by Artek. Originally designed in 1933, the table is a classic example of Aalto’s approach to practical and timeless furniture.

The table features a large rectangular black linoleum surface, solid birch edge bands and Aalto’s characteristic bent birch L-legs. The contrast between the dark tabletop and the warm natural birch gives the table a clean and architectural appearance.

With its generous proportions, Table 83 works particularly well as a dining table, meeting table or spacious worktable. The 182 cm long tabletop provides comfortable seating for approximately six to eight people.
