Beosound 9000 is one of Bang and Olufsen’s most iconic designs from the CD era. Originally launched in 1996 and designed by David Lewis, it was created to make the movement of the discs part of the visual experience. The six CDs are displayed behind glass, and the mechanical arm glides with that precise, almost theatrical B and O feel.

The MK3 is the final and most refined version of the 9000. It features the updated CD mechanism and improved reliability compared to earlier versions, along with the integrated PIN code security system. The build quality is exceptional, with an aluminum body, glass front, and a surprisingly slim profile considering the complexity inside.

This unit comes with the original aluminum floor stand as shown. The Beosound 9000 can also be mounted on the wall or placed in a horizontal table configuration with the correct brackets, so the setup is fully adaptable to different interiors.

It includes a 6 CD changer, FM and AM tuner, Power Link outputs for active Bang and Olufsen speakers, Master Link connectivity, AUX input, headphone output, and digital output.
