Vintage Pulkka lounge chair with matching ottoman, designed by Finnish designer Ilmari Lappalainen in the late 1960s and manufactured by Asko Export.

The chair is recognised by its low reclining shape, softly upholstered black leather and distinctive sled-like aluminium frame. Its relaxed proportions give the chair a comfortable and informal character, while the aluminium structure keeps the overall appearance clean and architectural.

The seating angle can be adjusted between three different positions, allowing the chair to be used for upright sitting as well as deeper reclining. The separate head cushion and matching ottoman complete the original lounge experience.
