The Soriana sofa was designed by Afra and Tobia Scarpa for Cassina in 1969. Its generous, rounded upholstery is held by an exposed chrome-plated metal frame, giving the design its distinctive sculptural form.

This vintage two-seater is upholstered in black corduroy from Cassina. The ribbed fabric brings depth and texture to the soft silhouette, while the polished metal provides a crisp contrast.

The sofa offers a broad, comfortable seat with room for a third person. Its low profile makes it a striking centrepiece for a relaxed living space.

It is in very good overall condition and has recently been cleaned and serviced. Small areas of localised stiffening remain in the fabric; the upholstery otherwise presents very well.
