Gianfranco Frattini’s Sesann armchair pairs generous, rounded upholstery with an external tubular metal frame. Designed for Cassina in 1970, its low profile and deeply padded form give it a relaxed, sculptural presence.

This original Cassina example has been reupholstered in richly textured mohair wool fabric. Its warm ochre colour carries orange, yellow and green undertones, with the pile catching the light differently across the curved cushions. The original chrome-plated frame traces the outline of the seat and back, contrasting with the softness of the upholstery.

With its broad seat and enveloping arms, the Sesann makes an expressive centrepiece for a living room or reading corner. One armchair is available, sold individually.
