An iconic example of Bauhaus design, the MR10 chair was originally designed by Ludwig Mies van der Rohe in 1927. With its elegant cantilevered frame in tubular chromed steel and rich patinated saddle leather seat and backrest, this chair is both sculptural and functional.
This particular example features beautifully aged leather that adds depth and character, perfectly complementing the sleek chrome structure. A timeless piece that works equally well as a statement chair or a collectible design object.
The chair’s scale and clear profile allow it to work naturally as an individual seating piece in both contemporary and vintage interiors.
Good vintage condition. The leather shows natural wear and patina consistent with age. Two springs are missing from the underside, but the chair remains sturdy and comfortable to sit on. The chrome frame is clean and solid. Please review all images for details.
