Ben af Schultén Safari 411 Lounge Chair in Patinated Leather for Artek
A larger Safari lounge chair designed by Ben af Schultén for Artek. Its pale bentwood frame supports a sling seat and back in warm brown leather, with gently curved armrests and contrasting stitching. The leather has developed a rich, attractive patina.
The sling construction leaves the pale wooden frame visible around the leather, making both materials important to the chair's appearance. This is the larger lounge version of the Safari 411; the listing concerns one chair.
