Pino upholstery service

Give a considered piece its next chapter.

Send photos of the furniture and tell us what you hope to achieve. We review selected upholstery requests individually before confirming whether the piece, scope and schedule are suitable.

Ask about upholstery

A practical conversation before any work begins.

Every frame, filling, textile and intended use creates a different brief. The process blocks remain editable as the approved service workflow develops.

Share the piece

Send clear photos

Include the full piece and any worn, damaged or previously repaired areas. Dimensions and known history are useful if available.

Initial review

We assess suitability

Pino considers the structure, intended use, requested appearance and whether further inspection is needed.

Agreed scope

Confirm before proceeding

Materials, work, logistics, price and estimated schedule are discussed only after the request has been reviewed.

Requests we can consider.

Suitability depends on the individual piece, its structure and the required work. Sending clear photos is the best first step.

A vintage piece you already own

Selected customer-owned furniture can be considered after an initial photo review.

A Pino piece before delivery

Ask before purchase if you would like to discuss upholstery for an available item.

Fabric direction

Share colours, textures and intended use even if you have not selected a textile.

Interior and professional projects

Multiple pieces or project requirements can be described in one concise brief.

Scope and timing are confirmed individually.

We do not publish a universal method or lead time because the work required can vary substantially between pieces. Photos help with the first assessment, but an in-person inspection may be needed before the scope, material requirements, price or schedule can be confirmed.

No work begins until the proposed scope and practical arrangements have been agreed with you.

Upholstery questions.

These answers set expectations without replacing an individual assessment.

Can Pino upholster every piece?

No. Suitability depends on the construction, condition, requested work and current service capacity.

Can you quote from a photograph?

Photos are enough for an initial discussion. A reliable scope or quotation may require further details or an in-person inspection.

How long will upholstery take?

There is no universal lead time. An estimate is provided only after the piece and scope have been reviewed, and estimates may change if previously hidden issues are discovered.
