Yrjö Kukkapuro Junior chairs, Haimi 1960s

Designed by Yrjö Kukkapuro and produced by Haimi in Finland, these Junior chairs are a fun and functional example of Finnish modern design. The molded fiberglass seat sits lightly above the star-shaped aluminum base, giving the chairs a sculptural and almost floating look.

The seats have been reupholstered in high quality red canvas and have not been used since.
The bases show paint wear that matches their age, adding character without affecting stability.

Ideal as dining chairs, desk seating or accent pieces, and available individually.
